2 cans Hunts or Del Monte diced (unflavored) tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
1/2 white onion
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2-3 Serrano peppers (remove stems)
1 tablespoon salt
Combine all ingredients in blender
Pulse to desired consistency
